The Kitchen
Precision, held quietly
Head chef Devinder Singh cooks from a single ledger of British growers — a Kentish orchard, a Cornish day-boat, a Cumbrian flock. Nothing arrives frozen; the menu shifts whenever a grower's week does.

Our Team
Devinder Singh
Head Chef
Devinder grew up in the kitchens of Amritsar, learning to coax flavour from spice long before he learned to plate it. After a decade across the Michelin houses of Mayfair and Kyoto, he joined Anaya to write a single seasonal menu — one that treats British produce with the discipline of a Punjabi thali.
Every dish on the tasting menu passes through his hands each evening. Nothing leaves the pass that he has not tasted, and nothing arrives at the door that a grower has not grown for the house.

Land of Five Rivers
Punjab
Punjab — from the Persian panj, five, and āb, water — is the land of the five rivers: the Sutlej, Beas, Ravi, Chenab and Jhelum.
Community
Anaya in the community
We believe a restaurant belongs to its town. Anaya is the major sponsor of Racing Club Warwick and Leamington Brakes FC — two clubs that hold the community together on a Saturday afternoon. We back them because local roots matter, and because the table we set begins long before the first course.
